On the day of the procedure, I was advised not to drink water, but upon researching online, I found information suggesting otherwise.
After all, water typically passes from the stomach to the intestines within an hour.
And its transparency doesn’t interfere with the examination.
Therefore, I drank water at home before heading to the hospital.
However, I was cautious not to overdo it and drank only a little.
During the examination, I was asked if I had consumed any food or water, to which I replied, “Of course not”.
