The power of Japan as a country is declining.
There was a time when its GDP used to rank second, but nowadays, due to Germany surpassing us, it is fourth.
The reason is quite simple.
Japan lacks industries that lead globally, and because the population is aging, it is decreasing.
There are no industries in which Japan leads, particularly in IT-related fields.
In the past, many people came to Japan from developing countries to earn a lot of money, but now it’s much less.
What will Japan become as its national power continues to decline?
日本の国力は弱くなっている。
ＧＤＰが２位のときもあったが、今や、ＧＤＰはドイツに抜かれ第4位にまで下がっている。
理由は簡単だ。
昔にはあった世界をリードする産業がなくなったことと、高齢化で人口が減っているからだ。
特にＩＴ関係では日本がリードする産業は皆無だ。
昔は高収入を目当てに発展途上国から日本に出稼ぎに来るひとも多かったが、今は、じり貧だ。
もっと国力が衰えていくと日本という国はいったいどうなるのかと思う。(11時47分)
