My hobby is listening to music with high-quality sound.
I’ve invested a considerable amount of money in my stereo system.
Thanks to this, I can currently enjoy music with excellent sound.
However, there’s something that puzzles me.
My wife also loves music, but she has never attempted to listen using my stereo system.
Not even once.
I find it quite perplexing.
She is aware of the substantial amount of money I’ve spent on it.
In that case, shouldn’t she be curious about the quality of the sound it produces?
Personally, I’m very interested in how others achieve good sound.
Then, I recalled something.
There seems to be a stereotype that there are no female audio enthusiasts.
Even if women are interested in music, it appears they may not share the same interest in the quality of sound.
While it might be a stereotype, I still find it curious.

システムにも相当お金をかけた。
おかげで、現在、とても良い音で音楽を聴くことができている。
そこで、不思議と思うことがひとつある。
私の妻も音楽が好きなのだが、私のシステムで聞こうとしない。
一度も私のシステムで音楽を聴いたことがないのだ。
私はそれが不思議でたまらない。
大金をかけているのは妻は知っている。
それなら、どんな音で鳴っているか興味はないのだろうか。
私なら、他の人がどんな音で鳴らしているのかとても興味があるというのに。
そこで、ひとつ思い出したことがある。
女性のオーディオマニアはいないということだ。
女性は、音楽に興味があっても、音には興味はないらしい。
固定観念かもしれないが不思議なことだと思う。(20時00分)
