大谷翔平の雪像

The other day, I wrote about my visit to the snow festival on this timeline.
I mentioned that the large snow statues were very impressive, but in truth, the statue of Shohei Ohtani left the strongest impression.
Despite being only about 3 meters tall, it truly stands out as the best of the best.
When you look at the picture, you’ll notice that its face resembles him remarkably.
The statue radiates sincerity, just like he does.
I’m surprised that it was created by ordinary citizens.

先日、雪祭りに行ったことを書いた。
大雪像はすばらしいと言ったが、一番感銘を受けたのは実は大谷翔平の雪像だ。
３メートルぐらいしかない雪像だが、そのできはピカ一だ。
写真で分かるとおり、顔がそっくりだ。
実物と同じく、誠実さがにじみ出ている。
これを一般の市民が作ったとは驚きだ。
