My car is about 10 years old.
I remember buying it recently, but I’m surprised to realize that 10 years have already passed.
The mileage is very low.
That’s because I’m not good at driving and don’t travel long distances.
They say many parts will deteriorate no matter the mileage.
During the previous vehicle inspection, I replaced some of those parts.
I get my vehicle inspected at a private company, not a dealer.
So the replacement parts were second-hand, which made them inexpensive.
There’s no need to use new parts because I won’t be driving this car for even another five years.
Next year, I must get a vehicle inspection again.
I think my car is old enough that I should take it to the dealer.
But if I take it to the dealer, the replacement parts won’t be second-hand.
So I’m concerned about whether to take it to the dealer or a private company.

走行距離はぜんぜん少ない。
車の運転が苦手で遠乗りしないからだ。
でも、走行距離に関係なく、年数が経つと劣化する部品が結構あるらしい。
前回の車検では、そんな部品をいくつか変えた。
ディラーで車検を取ったのではなく、民間の会社で取った。
だから、部品も中古を探してきて安く済ませることができた。
あと5年も乗らないだろう車に新品で長く持つ部品はど不要だからだ。
次の車検が来年にある。
古い車なので安全のためにディラーに持って行った方が良いだろう。
でも、ディラーだと交換する部品は中古品とはならないと思う。
だから、今、ディラーに持って行くべきか、同じ民間車検にしようかと迷っている。
