I wonder how you are preserving the pictures or videos you took.
Do you preserve them on Blu-ray or DVD discs?
This time, since my PC was broken, I was forced to install software from the beginning.
But when I tried to install it, I couldn’t use the DVDs I had copied long ago.
The DVDs I preserved about eight years ago could no longer be read.
That means we can’t preserve data long-term on DVDs.

Then I researched online and found something called M-DISC.
The manufacturer claims that M-DISCs can preserve data for about 1,000 years.
That means if you copy it once, you can use it forever.
I bought it as soon as I could.
I plan to copy important information to this M-DISC and preserve it.
