旅行支援の石川割が再開された

The national travel assistance program in Ishikawa Prefecture was restarted.
Since a massive earthquake occurred in Ishikawa Prefecture on January 1 this year, the government issued this travel assistance program to support travel agencies.
At 2 o’clock, JAL began selling this program’s merchandise.
I accessed the webpage at that moment and tried to apply for a trip to Kanazawa City.
As the process continued, the discount was steadily applied, and I reached the payment page.
However, when I attempted to pay, a message appeared saying that the subsidy had reached its limit, and I was unable to complete the purchase.
I understand the budget was limited, but is it fair that I applied as soon as it started and was not accepted?

石川県で１月１日に大地震が発生したため、地元の旅行事業者を支援するための旅行支援である。
２時からJALで売り出されるということだったので、その時間丁度にアクセスして金沢までの旅行を申し込もうとした。
画面を進んで行くと、割引も適用されて、支払いの画面まで順調に進んだ・。
さて、いざ支払おうとしたら、補助上限に達したので補助金は適用されないとの表示が出て結局は買うことができなかった。
予算枠が限られているのは分かるが、開始と同時に申し込んでダメというのはどういうものかと思った。
