I have a habit of taking walks to maintain my health.
Walking is good in summer, but in winter, due to falling snow, I have to be careful not to fall.
So, I recently decided to walk in a shopping mall.
Luckily, there is an Ionmall nearby.
It is about 400 meters from end to end, so if I take a round trip four times, it will be 3、2 kilometers.
This will provide plenty of exercise.
体のために散歩を欠かさないようにしている。
しかし夏場は良いが冬は雪が降っていて、転倒の危険性があるので注意しなければならない。
そこで、最近はショッピングモールに行って歩くようにしている。
ラッキーなことにイオンモールが近い。
端から端まで４００メートルほどあるので４往復すると３．２キロほどになる。
