The reason given is that sentences with punctuation marks are perceived as giving a cold impression.
Older individuals completely fail to understand this.
Even when looking at this timeline, young people don’t remind others to add punctuation marks when they see sentences without them.
However, sentences without punctuation marks are incorrect.
It’s not something you should memorize incorrectly.
