Today, I went to the ophthalmic clinic.
I had a strange sensation in my left eye, like rumbling.
It had continued for about two weeks with no signs of improvement.
When I arrived, I was surprised by two things.
First, the clinic I often go to was closed, likely because the woman doctor retired due to her age, near 80 years old.
Since I had no other choice, I went to another clinic.
The second surprise was that what I thought was a serious issue turned out to be just an eyelash stuck to my eye.
The remedy was simply the doctor pulling out one eyelash.
I should have been more careful and done it myself.
I wasted time and money.
今日は、眼科に行って来た。
左目がゴロゴロして違和感があったからだ。
２週間ほど続いたが全然良くなる兆しがなかった。
今日、行って驚いたことがふたつある。
ひとつは、いつも行く眼科が閉院していたこと。
８０歳近くの女医さんだったからもうリタイアしたのだと思う。
仕方ないので、他の眼科へ行った。
で、驚いたこと二つ目。
てっきり何かの病気かと思って行ったら、単にまつ毛が刺さってただけだった。
まつ毛１本を抜いて治療は終わった。
これなら、もう少し注意して、自分でやれば良かった。
時間とお金を無駄にしてしまった。
