I experienced a mystery thing.
When I was about to get off the car while forgetting to lock the side brake, a beep sounded.
Of course, the car has no such specification.
It was not a clear sound but felt like it was sounding in my brain.
Then I was surprised.
I was surprised not by the sound but because I was about to get off the car while forgetting to lock the side brake.
If I had gotten off the car directly, the car would definitely have started to move by itself and would have caused an accident.
The sound stopped an accident.
What was that sound like?
Looking back on my life, there were many lucky moments in it.
I don’t believe in God, and of course, I am not related to religions.
I misspelled writing “God” as “got”.
But I often feel something protects me.

不思議なことがあった。
サイドブレーキをかけ忘れて車を降りようとしたときに、ビープ音がなったのだ。
もちろん、車にそんな仕様はない。
はっきりした音というよりも、頭の中で鳴ったような気がした。
そのとき、驚いた。
音が鳴ったことではなく、サイドブレーキをかけずに車に降りようとしたことに驚いたのだ。
そのまま降りていたら、間違いなく車は勝手に動いて事故になっていただろう。
音が鳴ってくれて事故にならないで済んだ。
この音は一体何だったんだろうか。
今までの人生を振り返ると、ラッキーなことが多かった。
僕は、神様なんて信じないし、もちろん、宗教には無縁だ。
God を got と書き間違えたぐらいだ。
でも、何かに守られているような気がする。
どうせなら、宝くじを買うときにも守ってほしいと思う。
